Surgical Intensive Care Clinical Pharmacist (Full-Time)

Description

Responsibilities include day-to-day management of patients' pharmaceutical care, drug utilization evaluation data collection, education of medical staff and other hospital employees, monitoring high cost/high volume/high risk drug therapy in the SICU, and education of pharmacy students and residents.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree (5 year program) from an accredited college of pharmacy; licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio; prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred; prior clinical pharmacy experience in a surgical intensive care setting preferred; advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) and/or advanced training preferred.
